A Holistic Early Learning Journey
Our five rooms signify a flower’s journey of growth. In our Sunroom, children are being warmly embraced for the first time, then nurtured into young Seedlings, to Sprouts then into Little Blossoms; finally flourishing into unique and wonderful Marigolds.
The marigold flower was specifically chosen in our emblem as it symbolises passion and creativity – significant attributes that ignite a life-long love for learning.

Our nurturing, qualified Sunroom/Seedlings Educators are passionate about providing a safe and warm environment for our children.
The first two years of a child’s life is a period of rapid growth and development. We focus on the individual needs and interests of each child and sensitively support each child’s social and emotional development by building and engaging in meaningful relationships.
We encourage open communication between our staff and families as we believe trusted relationships are paramount for the care, wellbeing and development of the child.
We provide an air-conditioned sleep room with cots fully certified safe by Australian standards (in our Sunroom).
Non-toxic, biodegradable bamboo nappies and wipes, and MOOGOO sunscreen are provided.

Our Educators focus on an emergent curriculum; providing engaging activities that reflect children’s ever changing interests and passion at a certain point in time. We believe children thrive and learn best when their interests are captured and therefore learning occurs organically.
Our Educators incorporate lots of tactile and sensory activities, arts and crafts, role play and story time in their programming.
Marigolds Kindergarten room
Our Teachers are dedicated to fostering our children’s diverse needs by focusing on the development of the ‘whole child’ – physically, socially, emotionally and spiritually. We aim to nurture resilience in all children, focussing on social and emotional development and self-regulation. We believe learning is organic and true holistic development is built from child-led and supported learning and discovery, community awareness and a strong sense of self.
Our approved Kindergarten program is designed to meet government guidelines to support children's participation in quality early childhood education. It is provided for children in the year before Prep (i.e. children who are 4 by 30 June in the year they start Kindergarten).
Provided 5 days a week for 40 weeks from 8.30am to 4.00pm
Holistic play based learning
Delivered by a qualified early childhood teacher
All enrolled children are required to attend for a minimum of 2 days
Throughout the Kindergarten year, children are offered stimulating and engaging opportunities to develop their physical, cognitive, social and emotional skills to become competent, resilient, confident, happy children.
We look forward to playing a significant role in helping your child truly blossom to their true potential – embodying true ‘school readniess’ with a genuine love of learning for a successful future.
Our Marigolds children also participate in our unique Bush Kindy program each week with a qualified Forest School Leader and Early Childhood Teacher.
